I have been looking up beef steak sites all afternoon in search of prime quality beef. Finally saw your honey Hollow site. Thank you for the wonderful education/info. I have read everything you offered. My husband and I have had it with poor quality steaks in restaurants and stores. We are beef lovers. Thank you in advance. Very proud to know there is a specialty ranch like this in US.

I wanted to do something special for my dad's birthday, so I decided to buy him some Wagyu beef. I looked around the internet for US Wagyu and was disappointed by what I saw. Most of the producers meat didn't have the right "look", just too lean. I lived in Tokyo for 20 years and saw prime wagyu every time I went to the supermarkets or department stores. It has a very specific kind of heavy marbling. When I found Honey Hollow, I was satisfied that their wagyu did in fact have the right look, so I bought my dad a nice wagyu strip steak and prepared it for him the same way I made it in Tokyo. Just some salt, pepper, hot olive oil in a hot fry pan with the steak cut into strips. It was excellent and I was very satisfied that the meat was bona fide wagyu in terms of tenderness, fat content and taste. My dad and I enjoyed the meat immensely. I will definitely buy from Honey Hollow again when I am looking for more wagyu beef.

I recently met the HH Wagyu owners in their Texas butchery. The staff was all abuzz about this beef they were cutting up. I went back to the butcher area and looked through the window to see what the buzz was about. What a sight! I had never seen such marbling in beef like this. One of the owners was standing there and gave me quite an education on Wagyu beef. He gave a strip steak to try. WOW! The flavor and texture is unlike any beef I've had. Thank you again, I will be getting more of your wonderful beef.

The best, hands down. I've been a ( XXXX ) customer for years now. I don't even shop around, I know that HHWAGYU has the best beef around, and at the best price, I now will not buy my wagyu beef anywhere else. Thank you

I purchased your strip steaks as a present for my boss and then had to try them myself after he raved about how delicious the flavor was. The steaks were super moist as expected, but what I was not expecting was the FLAVOR. It is not like any other steak I have ever tasted, and I relished every morsel of that steak along with my wife's leftovers. My 12 year old son (who is not a big meat eater) also ate every bit of his steak. We can not recommend these steaks enough!

WOW the flavor is like no other meat I’ve ever tasted. I'm 55 years old,how did I go so long with out having Wagyu. HHWAGYU thank you for convincing me to try your meat.

We got the 4-5 lb Brisket. All I can say is WOW. I've never seen or tasted meat like that, such marbeling! The HH Waygu team was nice enough to recommend preparation suggestions. In the end we went with a very simply S&P sprinkling, some garlic cloves and thinnley sliced onions on top, and that's it! 225 for 4 hours and we were set. With 6 adults and 2 kids, it was perfect. Luckily there was a few pieces left over, which I enjoyed for breakfast the next day. Thanks HH!

I am amazed at the natural flavor in the HHWAGYU Steaks! I got the Strips and just put a little salt and pepper on them right before grilling them and the flavor was unbelievable....... added a nice salad, some grilled veggies and a few good bottles of red wine and we had a feast. The flavor is like no other meat I’ve ever tasted.Thank you HHWAGYU!

I was diagnosed a while back with diabetes. My doctor made the statement that I was not going to eat any beef anymore because of what fat does to a diabetic; raise your blood levels just like sugar can. I had been eating both Wagyu and regular beef, I switched over to a complete diet of Wagyu almost daily - sometimes twice a day. I can eat a 12 oz Wagyu steak, fat and all, and my blood sugar will go from 113 to about 121. To contrast this, if I eat a regular steak 12oz fat and all my blood sugar will go from 113 to 236. I've talked to other diabetics within the breed who have eaten strictly Wagyu and ALL our blood sugars have stayed within acceptable levels. I also have talked to people who were on cholestrol meds within our breed, who started eating strictly Wagyu and a large number of them have been taken off cholestrol meds. (please consult your doctor)
