The Roast Rub
- 1/4 Cup Cracked Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
- 2 TBS Whole Chopped Rosemary
- 2 TBS Whole Thyme
- 2 TBS Granulated Garlic

Teriyaki Marinade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (I like Kikkoman)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Sri Racha (add one tablespoon if you can handle the heat)
- 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup minced onion (yellow or white)

Savory Rub
- 1/4 cup dark chili powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon whole thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper

Basic Smoker Rub
- 1/3 cup kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon whole thyme fresh if possible no stems

Barbeque Rub for smoker and or char broiler. Excellent in applications using
- 1/2 cup dark chili powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1/4 cup seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped thyme no stems
- 1 tablespoon dried Mediterranean Oregano


Red Wine Marinade
- 2 cups burgundy red wine (yes you can step it up, but it’s not necessary)
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1/2 cup diced white onion (yellow works too but the flavor is a bit more bland)
- 3 split cloves fresh garlic (take out the green shoot in the middle if one exists, it’s bitter)
- 1 tablespoon cracked black peppercorns
- 3 whole sprigs fresh thyme

Honey Hollow Meatballs
- 1 lb Honey Hollow 100% full-blood Wagyu ground beef
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon oregano, Mediterranean
- 2 tablespoons parmesan

- 1 each Honey Hollow 100% full-blood Waguy ground beef patty
- 1 teaspoon Honey Hollow Savory Rub

Honey Hollow Cowboy Chili
- 2 lbs course Honey Hollow 100% full-blood Wagyu ground beef
- 2 tablespoons veg oil
- 1 lg onion medium diced
- 2 cans dark kidney beans (drained and rinsed cleanly)
- 2 jalapenos minced seeds for HOT, no seeds for spicy
- 1/3 cup chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup diced tomatos
- 1 can tomato paste
- As needed water

Honey Hollow Old Fashioned meatloaf
- 2 lbs Honey Hollow 100% full-blood Wagyu ground beef
- 1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 lg onion small dice
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves only no stems
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves cut

Honey Hollow Shredded Beef (Machaca)
- 3-4 pounds Chuck roll
- 1/4 cup dark chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Lawrey’s seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 1 quart beef stock
- 1 1/2 cups hot chunky salsa
- 2 teaspoons cumin

Honey Hollow Traditional Brisket and Pot Roast
- 3 lbs Honey Hollow trimmed brisket flat or 3-4 lbs HH Chuck Roast
- 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon Lawrey's seasoned salt
