Honey Hollow Wagyu Announces New eCommerce Website to Bring Simplicity to Ordering 100% FullBlood Wagyu Beef Online

Wagyu beef is not exactly easy to afford, nor is it easy to come by. HHWagyu is happy to announce its partnership with Honey Hollow Ranch in Jacksboro, TX in an effort to bring high-quality full-blood Wagyu beef to customers through an easy online ordering system.

Honey Hollow Ranch, a cattle-breeding farm founded in 1995, has been strategically bringing the art of breeding 100% full-blood Wagyu cattle to the United States. Primarily raised and bred in Japan and Australia, Wagyu cattle produce succulent cuts of Wagyu beef that rival most all other types of beef. It is important to note that many people have difficulty understanding the difference between another gourmet meat, Kobe beef, and Wagyu. To keep it simple, Kobe beef also comes from Wagyu cattle, but only cattle bred exclusively in the Kobe region of Japan. Wagyu cattle raised in any other area will produce meat known as Wagyu, or Kobe-style.

Wagyu beef is visually striking due to its marbling -- the term marbling refers to the fat laced between the muscle fibers. Along with the high marbling standards of Wagyu beef, there are also a multitude of health benefits. Wagyu beef is rich in mono-unsaturated fats, omega3, omega6 and oleic acid. This healthy, gourmet concept has fallen victim to many breeders that are producing 50/50 Wagyu cattle. This refers to cattle that are bred by using one full-blooded Wagyu cow with another type of cow. Unfortunately this has diminished the reputation of the quality of Wagyu beef.

After noticing a clear need for quality 100% full-blood Wagyu, Carl Fiorentino partnered with Honey Hollow Ranch and launched HHWagyu. “Far too many breeders are concentrating on the profit margin, rather than building a loyal client-following based on producing a quality product,” Fiorentino says. “Honey Hollow Ranch is dedicated to only producing 100% full-blood Wagyu cattle on their ranch and we want to be a part of this incredibly valuable venture.”

With the help of Miami web design company, Absolute Web Services, Fiorentino launched the official HH Wagyu website in November of 2012, just in time for the holiday rush. “Although it was not the original intention, it is certainly helpful that we were able to get the website up and running to be able to be a part of the holiday gift-giving season. After all, who wouldn’t want a gourmet 100% full-blood Wagyu beef steak as a gift?”

Fiorentino is correct in his thought process. 100% full-blood Wagyu beef is not only a gourmet product, but it is a rarity in the United States. With most Wagyu cattle breeding taking place in Japan or Australia, Honey Hollow Ranch has the added edge of being one of only a few U.S.-based ranches that breed 100% full-blood Wagyu cattle.

Now that HHWagyu’s website is live, with the largest online selection of 100% full-blood Wagyu beef, consumers can have steaks, ground beef and other quality Wagyu beef products delivered right to their door. The website also features valuable information including online recipes, printable receipts, and detailed information on the health benefits of Wagyu. You can also find information on HHWagyu’s aging process and even cooking videos conducted by C.E.C. Paul Epstein. “To create the ideal eating experience, you must begin with the best genetics available. That is why our herd is 100% full-blood Wagyu, guaranteed,” Chef Paul says in his HH Kitchen Welcome Interview.

Education and, product & quality customer service are encompassing qualities of HHWagyu’s new website; certainly three qualities of a company prepared for immense success.
