Processing Orders
At Honey Hollow Wagyu all orders are processed between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you place your order before 12:00 noon, it will be shipped the same day. Orders received after noon will be shipped the next day. Please note that any order received on Thursday, Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday of the next week to ensure your delivery remains frozen.
Orders are shipped via Federal Express, with guaranteed delivery within 3 days. You may choose to pay an additional shopping cost to receive your order overnight or within 2 days.
Payment Methods
When placing an order you will be asked to enter some personal information so that we can complete your transaction. This information includes your full name, billing address, shipping address, phone number and email.
We only accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, money orders or COD (cash on delivery).
We take every precaution to protect your sensitive information. All credit card numbers are encrypted for your security and the card information is never stored on the website.
We pledge that your information will never be sold or given to a third party for marketing purposes. However, we may occasionally send you newsletters or other promotional materials. If you do not wish to receive such items, you may request to be removed from any lists.

Shipping
To ensure wholesomeness, effective temperature control methods are used throughout the shipping process. Your steaks are flash frozen to seal in their natural juices and flavor. The steaks are then individually vacuum-packed in our exclusive air-tight packaging to preserve ideal freshness. Frozen gel-packs are added and both are then placed in a protective box. Next, the box is placed into a reusable Styrofoam Cooler (which is yours to keep), which is further protected by a secure shipping container for delivery. This meticulous process preserves our steaks' quality. You can safely freeze your steaks to enjoy at a later date or you may refrigerate them in order to enjoy within a few days.

All orders must be shipped to a street address. We cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Tracking Your Delivery
After placing your order we will send a confirmation to your email with all tracking information, including the Federal Express Tracking Number. You can use that number to check the status of your delivery through the Federal Express website. Simply enter the number in the box indicated on the webpage.
