    Preparation Time: 30 minutes to prepare, 20 minute to cook, so give yourself an hour, especially if you are enjoying a nice glass of cabernet while you make these.
    Serves: 20 golf ball size meatballs

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Honey Hollow 100% full-blood Wagyu ground beef
    • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
    • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
    • ΒΌ cup bread crumbs
    • 1 tablespoon oregano, Mediterranean
    • 2 tablespoons parmesan

    Directions

    • Combine all ingredients, mix until all everything is smooth and incorporated. Using a large tablespoon, make any number of evenly sized meatballs and put them on a nonstick pan. When they are all spooned on the pan, ensure they all look the same and adjust if not. Then proceed to roll the balls. By using your palms, roll the meat quickly and with a medium amount of pressure until the ball forms. Place the meatballs back on the nonstick try and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until done, brown, about 15 minutes if golfball size.
